New Changes to the Soul
There are some changes for the Soul. The oval-shaped logo was replaced with a futuristic one. There are two engine options available. The base option has a 147-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission. The turbo has a 201-hp turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder and seven-speed automatic transmission.
Technology Features
All Soul Trims have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability. All trims except for the base have a large 10.3-inch display. The Kia has a solid four-star rating from the NHTSA and has driver assistance technology on the S model and above. Features include available forward-collision warning, lane-departure warning, and adaptive cruise control.
Style
There are six different trim levels available on the 2022 Kia Soul. The toaster-shaped body style creates a roomy interior with plenty of space for passengers and cargo.
